Join us for a very special evening with our dear friends and collaborators from Normandy, France. In 2020, purchased a historic château and are continuing a generations-old tradition of growing apples on the property - harvesting them and sending the juice to us here in Colorado to craft cider and pommeau.

This intimate event celebrates the launch of the first cider made from their apples and explores what makes French cider apples and techniques so distinct and captivating.

Together, we’ll taste through a curated flight of Haykin Family Cider library selections made from old French apple varieties, alongside this brand-new cider crafted from their fruit. Our guests will share stories from their orchards and the remarkable history of their château.

This is a rare opportunity to meet the growers, discover the French approach to cider, and experience the debut of something truly special.
