Odds & Ends #20 [6% ABV] - After creating our ciders, we often find ourselves with a bit of this and a bit of that, which just didn't fit into a batch. We take these odds and ends and put them together to create their own gorgeous and unique batch. This cider gives us light acidity and minerality with a vinho verde character, lime zest, and green apple freshness. 2022 Vintage. TAP ONLY

Cinnamon Spice [6.4% ABV] - Masonville Orchards, CO - This is an old English apple that is also known as Laxton's Fortune. It reminds us of lemon bars, fresca and smarties; tart, bright and citrusy. 100% Cinnamon Spice apples grown at Masonville Orchards, CO. 2022 Vintage. TAP ONLY

Gravenstein [5.9% ABV] - Harmony Orchards, WA - Gravenstein is a multi-century heirloom from Europe that reached its greatest American prominence in Sonoma County, California. The apple is sharp and perfumed evoking aromas both tart and smooth. The combined effect ranges from lemon butter cream to cranberry orange scone. 100% Gravenstein apples from Harmony Orchards, WA. 2021 Vintage. This cider is semi-dry

Black Twig [6.3% ABV] - Ringsrud Orchard, WA - Black Twig is an early 19th century apple from Tennessee. Fermented it is juicy and bright, with notes of white grape juice, peach, lemon meringue, and a hint of ginger. 100% Black Twig apples from Ringsrud Orchard, WA. 2021 Vintage. This cider is medium.

Hudson’s Golden Gem [7.5% ABV] - Idyll Acres, OR - Hudson's Golden Gem was found as a spontaneous apple growing along a fence line in Oregon. It evokes warm, bakery aromas and flavors like vanilla wafer cookie, pecan, frosted gingersnap, and nutmeg. 75% Hudson's Golden Gem and 25% Wickson Crabapple from Idyll Acres, OR. 2021 Vintage This cider is medium.

Suncrisp [6.1% ABV] - Masonville Orchards, CO - This apple was developed at Rutgers University by crossing three heirloom apples of superb quality: Cox's Orange Pippin, Cortland, and Golden Delicious. The result exudes the character of peach rings, banana cream pie and crushed rocks. 100% Suncrisp apples from Masonville Orchards, CO. 2021 Vintage. This cider is semi-dry.

Norkent [6.7% ABV] - Masonville Orchards, CO - This is a modern apple developed in Canada for hardiness to accommodate cold Northern conditions. The apple showcases the character of banana cream, clove, and meyer lemon, with light tannin. 100% Norkent apples grown at Masonville Orchards in Ft. Collins, CO. 2021 Vintage. This cider is semi-dry.

Blondee [5.8% ABV] - Masonville Orchards, CO - In 1998, Blondee was discovered in a Gala orchard in Ohio as an unplanned new variety. This apple is not even similar to its parent in both appearance and flavor. The apple is a beautiful canary yellow and is aptly named, it really tastes like a blondie brownie. It is sweet, soft, and round, with the added character of cream soda and caramel. 100% Blondee apples grown at Masonville Orchards in Ft. Collins, CO. 2021 Vintage. This cider is semi-sweet.

Methode Ancestrale Ela Family Farms Cuvee [7.9% ABV]CiderView Orchards, WA – A blend from Ela Family Farms, a fourth generation Colorado fruit grower, including Cox's Orange Pippin, Ashmead's Kernel, Jonathan, Golden Delicious and others. This sparkling cider boasts the character of pear, banana, cardamom, lime, and substantial minerality. This bottle was aged 15 months sur lees and disgorged by hand. 2018 Vintage. This cider is semi-dry.

5% of sales of this cider goes back to Steve Ela and Ela Family Farms to help rebuild their orchard after a devastating frost.

Methode Ancestrale is the world’s oldest method for sparkling production. The process is a deliberate and complex fermentation in which nothing is used but the apple. The fruit produces the sparkle, the aroma, and the flavor on its own. These bottles are aged sur lees and disgorged by hand.
