Golden Russet [7.2% ABV] – This apple is perhaps America's most important heirloom, celebrated and grown from coast to coast. It tastes like guava, passion fruit, marzipan, and honeysuckle. It is tart, lush, and fruit forward. 100% Golden Russet apples from CiderView Orchards. 2023 Vintage This cider is medium. (375 & 750ml)

Gravenstein [5.8% ABV] – Gravenstein is a multi-century heirloom from Europe that reached its greatest American prominence in Sonoma County, California. The apple is sharp and perfumed evoking aromas both tart and smooth. The combined effect ranges from lemon butter cream to cranberry orange scone. 100% Gravenstein apples from Harmony Orchards, WA. 2023 Vintage. This cider is semi-dry. (375ml & 750ml)

Harrison [6.1% ABV] – Harrison was one of America’s oldest cider apples, discovered before the founding of the country. While it was thought to be lost, one tree was found in New Jersey in 1976 and the apple was brought back from extinction. Harrison is rich in body boasting soft tannin, bright acidity, with notes of orange peel, coriander, and minerality, against an earthy backdrop. 100% Harrison apples from CiderView Orchards. 2023 Vintage This cider is medium. Jonathan [7.2% ABV] – Jonathan apples are one of America's classic heirlooms, discovered in 1826 in Woodstock, NY. It ferments into the character of juicy fresh plums, dark red apple skins, and minerality. It is bright and refreshing, yeasty, yet fruit forward. 100% Jonathan apples grown at Ela Family Farms. 2023 Vintage. This cider is medium. (750ml only)

McIntosh [5.9% ABV] – Discovered by John McIntosh at his farm in Canada in 1811, the apple has a distinctive vinous aromatic and flavor profile that persists through fermentation. It is crisp, perfumed, and smooth, reminiscent of cream soda, peach rings, and lemons.  100% McIntosh apples from Uncle John's Cider Mill. 2024 Vintage. This cider is semi-dry. (750ml only)

Northern Spy [5.3% ABV] – Northern Spy is a very old American apple that fittingly grows well in cold, northern climates. It is tart and refreshing, boasting notes of clementine, peach, and fresh rain on cement. 75% Northern Spy and 25% Golden Russet apples from Uncle John's Cider Mill. This cider is semi-dry. 2023 Vintage This cider is semi-dry. (750ml only)

Redlove [5.0% ABV] – Redlove is a collection of red fleshed varieties from a Swiss breeding program. These apples produce the character of berries and cotton candy, with raspberry acidity, and a touch of candied apple and lightly toasted marshmallow. 100% Redlove apples from Stemilt Growers. 2024 Vintage. This cider is dry. (750ml only)

Roxbury Russet [6.4% ABV] – Roxbury russet is believed to be America's oldest heirloom, discovered in the 17th century in the Massachusetts Bay colony. It bursts with the character of shiro plum, tangerine, and green grapes. 100% Roxbury Russet apples from Idyll Acres.  2023 Vintage. This cider is medium. (750ml only)

Wickson [5.9% ABV] – A modern crabapple with high sugar content, balanced with razor sharp acidity. The aroma and flavor gapefruit, lemon drop candy, lychee, gooseberries. It is lively, tart, and fun. 2023 Vintage. This cider is semi-dry. (750ml only)

Calville Blanc d'Hiver [5.9% ABV] – A French eating apple that dates back to the early 1600s, at least. The apple evokes the high-pitched and heady aromas and flavors of grapefruit, pine needle freshness, and lemon zest, finished with a kiss of sweetness. 100% Calville Blanc d'Hiver apples from Heirloom Orchards in Hood River, OR. 2023 Vintage. This cider is semi-dry. (750ml only)

Chestnut Crabapple [5.6% ABV] – Chestnut Crabapple was developed at the University of Minnesota in 1949. Its flavor is a unique combination of fruity, spicy and enigmatic. It is reminiscent of juicy nectarines, punctuated with baking spices and nuttiness. 100% Chestnut Crabapple from Altonen Orchard. 2024 Vintage. This cider is medium. (750ml only)

Esopus Spitzenberg [6.7% ABV] – Esopus Spitzenberg is one of America's most important heirloom apples. It was one of Thomas Jefferson's favorites, which he grew at Monticello. The apple juxtaposes the flavor of white peach, baking spices, and orange blossom honey, with an offsetting minerality. 100% Esopus Spitzenberg apples from Ela Family Farms, CO. 2023 Vintage. This cider is medium. French Cider Apples [6.9% ABV] – Traditional French cider making values apples that exude dark, earthy, and enigmatic character. We've blended 8 different Fench cider apples and together they evoke caramel, dates, brown sugar, hay, toasted marshmallow, and leather. They are thick, rich, and complex, with prominent tannin. Vilberie, Muscadet de Bernay, Bedan, Nehou, Reine de Pommes, Calville Blanc d'Hiver, Marie Menard, and Marechal apples grown at Idyll Acres and Ringsrud Orchard. 2021 Vintage. This cider is medium. Kingston Black [6.8% ABV] – Kingston Black is a highly esteemed English cider apple. It excels in the production of tannin, aroma and enigmatic flavors. It is golden in color with notes of figs, clove, cinnamon, banana, maple syrup, oak, and lemon meringue. 100% Kingston Black apples grown at Idyl Acres. 2022 Vintage. This cider is medium. (375ml & 750ml)

Mountain Rose [6.1% ABV] - Mountain Rose, also known as Arlie's Redflesh; was discovered in Oregon in the 1950's. Its dark pink flesh yields a beautiful rose with notes of strawberry, papaya, and pie cherries. 100% Mountain Rose apples grown at Kiyokawa Family Orchards, OR. 2024 Vintage. This cider is semi-dry. (375ml & 750ml)

Muscadet de Bernay [5.9% ABV] - This blend is dominated by Muscadet de Bernay, a cider apple found in the mid 1700's at a Benedictine Abbey in Bernay, France. It exudes the flavor of dark chocolate, blackberry, orange marmalade, and coffee. It is deeply colored, rich, and complex. Muscadet de Bernay, blended with Dabinett and Zabergau Reinette apples from Idyl Acres. 2023 Vintage. This cider is semi-dry. (750ml only)

Pitmaston Pineapple [7.8% ABV] – Pitmaston Pineapple is an old English eating variety with an eponymous pineapple character, alongside ripe Bosc pear, white flowers, lemon drop candy, and a bit of minerality. It is subtle and delicate. 75% Pitmaston Pineapple apples grown at Idyll Acres & 25% John Grimes from Uncle John’s Cider Mill. 2022 Vintage. This cider is dry. (375ml & 750ml)

Ruby Jon [6.2% ABV] – Ruby Jon is a type of Jonathan apple with skin so dark that it nearly looks black. This year's Ruby Jon showcases cranberry, peach, and orange blossom honey. 100% Ruby Jon apples from Masonville Orchards. 2021 Vintage. This cider is medium. (375ml only)

Santiam Cherry [5.5% ABV] – This apple was discovered growing at Idyll Acres. The grower named the apple after its proximity to the Santiam River and the apple's beautiful cherry flavor. It has a deep golden color and evokes the character of brandied cherries, root beer candy, oak, and bitters. 85% Santiam Cherry and 15% Ashmead's Kernel apples from Idyll Acres. 2023 Vintage. This cider is medium. Methode Ancestrale Front Range [7.1% ABV] – Our Front Range orchard suppliers grow hundreds of heirloom apple varieties, most of which are represented in this bottle. Together they produce flavors that are soft and refined, including plum, pear drop candy, and light honey notes. Apples grown at Masonville Orchards, Three Trees Orchard and foraged apples. This bottle was aged 42 months sur lees and disgorged by hand. 2019 Vintage

Pommeau: 375ml - $38

Pommeau is a fortified dessert wine, similar to Port, made out of apples — it it boasts rich, dark, and caramelized flavors. It is traditional to Normandy, France.

Bulmer's Norman Apples in Limousin [15% ABV] – Apples: 80% Bulmer's Norman apples and 20% Brown's apples grown at Idyll Acres and Ringsrud Orchard.  Aged: 15 months in a Limousin barrel. Tasting Notes: Dried figs, dark caramel, baking spice. Released: July 2025. This cider is sweet. Apple Dessert Wine. 2024 Vintage

Santiam Cherry in Garryana [15% ABV] – Apples: 80% Santiam Cherry apples, 20% Brown's apples grown at Idyll Acres.  Aged: 15 months in a Garryana oak barrel. Tasting Notes: Brandied cherries, English breakfast tea, Sandalwood. Released: August 2025. This cider is sweet. Apple Dessert Wine. 2024 Vintage

Ice Cider: 375ml - $32

Ice cider is like ice wine but made from frozen apples - sweet, tart, and rich with concentrated apple flavor in every sip. The method was invented in Quebec, Canada.

Calville Blanc d’Hiver Ice Cider [11.5% ABV] – Apples: 75% Calville Blanc d’Hiver apples and 25% Pitmaston pineapple apples from Heirloom Orchards. Tasting Notes: Pineapple, honeysuckle, and mango. Released: August 2025. This cider is sweet. Apple Dessert Wine. 2024 Vintage

Non-Alcoholic Dolgo Crabapple [0% ABV] - The Dolgo crabapple hails from Russia and is an egg shaped apple. When it ripens, the skin is dark purple and imparts a light pink and burnt orange pigment. Dolgo showcases the aromas and flavors of cranberry, raspberry, and rose water. These Dolgo crabapples were grown at Bailey Nursery in Yakima Valley, Washington. 2023 Vintage This cider is semi-dry and tart. NON-ALCOHOLIC
