Well, it’s definitely become a tradition at this point, our anniversary blog post. So here we are - turning 6. This past year in ‘kindergarten’ was a really learning process. Our business has expanded and grown even further. Here’s the traditional rundown -

In the past year, we even further expanded our presence in our local markets, we even further expanded our staff, and our clubs continued to grow.

The brand new Scion Club is on a waitlist that is at least a year long. I wish we could expand it further but it is designed to capture our smallest batches.

Michelin came to Denver and we are being poured at two of the three restaurants that earned one star and four of the ‘recommended’ Michelin restaurants.

Daniel has been hard at work developing new and innovative ideas that we can’t wait to debut to you in the next year.

We hosted our first annual club member party in the summer and it was a blast.

We joined Outstanding In The Field again, for the first time since COVID, to pour at two of their incredible meals in the middle of stunning ranch land.

We participated in five amazing paired dinners with restaurant partners - FlyteCo, Apple Blossom, Fruition, Rootstalk, and KoKo Ni.

We won Small Cidermaker of the Year for the second year AND Westword Best Cidery for the fourth year!

Talia joined a Women’s Wine Guild panel with some amazing women.

We hosted a number of corporate and private events.

Plus the kids continued to grow… we have a third grader, kindergartener, and terrific two year old.

And so much more. We are so excited for what the future looks like here at Haykin.
